Refund and Return Policy:
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, once the returned items are received and inspected.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
